Terms of Service:
Chrissonia Signs only work with Cash Account Clients and every new client is expected to apply for a cash account, which only takes a few minutes.
1. Quotations are valid for 72 hours and are subject to stock/workshop availability and are based on the information supplied by client. Payment instructions dates as per Pro forma invoice & in the event of a promo discounted price, the price is subject to dates specified, in failing, the price will return to the original price.
2. During installations, whether signage, vehicle, workwear or other, Chrissonia will go out of its way to be careful, but cannot be held responsible for any damages whatsoever.
Installation is an optional service and is subject to site inspection. A general installation fee is charged, but such fee can change according to the conditions on site. Chrissonia reserves the right to withdraw from installation, if mandatory safety protocols by the client, is not in place on site. If it is find that special equipment is needed for installation on site, such equipment will be charged to the clients account.
3. Chrissonia manufactured custom created bespoke goods for specific clients. Chrissonia will therefore not refund any deposits/payments.
4. The final item supplied, will be described as per our price list, quotation or promotions.
If the client requires any specifications, such details must be done in writing before processing any order for production.
5. All Quotations and orders must be done in writing either by email/whatsupp or at the factory. Telephone quotations/orders will not be accepted and will only be used for communication.
6. By accepting the quotation and paying the deposit/payment, it would be interpreted that the client agrees to all the Chrissonia Terms of Services.
7. Although Chrissonia prefer to do graphic designing in house, Client's artwork will only be accepted under certain conditions and the quality of the artwork/logos and final product is the responsibility of the client. While Chrissonia will do it's best to print/manufacture accurately, no colours can be guaranteed 100%
8. If the items are not collected within 7 days after notice, Chrissonia reserves the right to charge storage fees with interest, and goods will be sold after 90 days to cover the cost.
9. Clients to check artwork proofs before giving the go ahead for production. Once artwork is approved, Chrissonia will not accept responsibility for issues with any details for example, telephone numbers, names etc. Any amends by client after artwork approval or amends to the order, will be charged to the client.
10. Production time is subject to workshop workload and other circumstances, and although Chrissonia will attempt to meet all deadlines, we will not be liable for any late delivery, collection, distribution or production.
11. Payment is as per directive on the pro forma. No item will be dispatched, without the balance, settled in full. Installations of signs, must first be inspected at Chrissonia factory & paid in full, before installation. Payment can be done by, EFT. Where a deposit is allowed, the minimum deposit allowed will be 70% and balance to be paid as per directive on the pro forma. Once an item is signed for and left Chrissonia factory, Chrissonia will not take responsibility for any damages, whatsoever.
12. In the event of a dispute, Chrissonia staff will attempt to remedy the matter amicably, in failing, the matter will be revered to Paraclete ADR only, (Div. of RCP Association (Pty) Ltd) for mediation and/or legal binding arbitration (if applicable), by a panel of joint agreed upon mediators and arbitrators and such cost will be shared equal by all the parties involved in the dispute.
13. Client agrees to treat any dispute matter private and confidential, in order to resolute, and to keep any dispute out of the public domain in any format, whether social media or otherwise. In failing it would be interpreted as a breach of agreement, which could result in a financial penalty.

15. For the security of our customers, on collecting or delivery of goods, identification is required. (ID card or Drivers License)
